Kerry gold Dubliner has been me favorite cheese for some time - the taste, the melting in cooking recipes, just all around. The 28 oz. size is far superior to the smaller 5 - 7 oz. packages, which are easy to find. Ever since the Covid 19 crisis, the 28 oz. package is not carried by most stores. I have searched and searched and was thrilled to find it carried by Cured and Cultivated at a reasonable price (if only this shipping were lower)! it arrived in excellent condition and I am enjoying every slice, which is great since the small packs are prone to crumble.
