These are such cute shoes! I was waiting for them to come back in stock and so happy I bought them. They are very comfortable right away. I usually go between an 11.5 or a 12, I bought these in an 11.5 and they are perfect.

Beautiful Style, Not as Comfortable

Coming to appreciate these Mary Janes was a roller coaster ride of emotions. The first few wears was tough: my feet felt contorted and the rubbing against my ankle and toes was a painful reminder of the leather shoe break-in period. I even thought of returning the shoes at this point and ordering my usual size of 6.5. Thicker socks and sheer determination (because the style is super cute and chic) got me through, and eventually these Mary Janes molded to my feet (it took 2 weeks). However, if I walk more than a few hours, the rubbing against my toes makes it too uncomfortable. After two months of wearing them around, I noticed the front leather starting to peel slightly. It was a bit disappointing, but it's not noticeable when walking. I had high hopes for these Mary Janes, and while it took a while to get used to them, at this point, I'm determined to make them work for me. Overall, the style is beautiful but the comfort has not been the best.
