Missing engraving
The overall customer service was superb. I was worried about the ring not arriving in time for my wedding, and it came 3 weeks before the estimated delivery date. It was nice to have that peace of mind. However, I requested my future initials to be engraved on the inside of the ring, and that was not done. I understand the extra production time and am thankful it arrived, but was really looking forward to that special detail.

Excellent but scratched
I was very excited to get my wedding ring. I took it out of the box and inspected it and found a scuff mark on it out of the box... nothing i own is flawless so im glad i wasnt the first to mark it up, but you shipping the rings that way isnt the coolest... its an awesome ring tho!
