First Road Bike

Purchased this bike with some soon to expire FSA funds. It has finally warmed up enough for me to get out and about with it. Went together easy enough, and build quality seems great for the price. Graduating from riding a mountain bike on the street to this is night and day. It made my 7 mile commute to work feel not only doable but enjoyable. Hoping to get lots of miles on it this summer, and maybe let the truck stay in the garage. You won’t be disappointed.

This was a surprise gift for my son. He nearly cried he was so happy. All is good so far. A couple of notes: 1.we noticed was the handlebar tape was not evenly wrapped. 2. The size 49 notes 5’0'-5’3” and for my son who is 5’0” the frame is a a bit big especially in top tube length. He will certainly grow into it but was hoping it would fit slight better.

Solid State

Very happy with my State brand set up. The frame is super sleek and the bike has held up beautifully out of the box with proper assembly. Perfect for road cruising and commuting but I’ll be putting it through some races as well. Super grateful for the support and care from the State team as well <3
