Buyer beware. The chair arrived damaged to the point it is not useable. I contacted interior imediatley with photos. I was told items damaged in transit are not eligible for a full refund or return. This is obviously a ridiculous policy. And how doninknow it was damaged in transit not that that matters. What matters is I paid close to $1000 (high shipping fees) for a chair I cannot use. I dont want a replacement.
