Great storage solution

We appreciate having this sturdy well made storage bin in our bathroom cabinet. It looks sleek and unobtrusive,just there doing what it is intended for. It holds more than I anticipated upon purchase and I see that as a true plus.

Product is great but their customer service is non existent. I have tried to get return labels as I bought too many but the only way to contact them is via email and all I get back is a pre written message that they have received my request and will get back to me as soon as possible. This has been going on for 2 weeks. I also wanted to cancel an order that had not been shipped yet and there was no way to reach anyone. I love their products but would recommend purchasing from a third party vendor instead. Do not go through their website.
