The ordering process was efficient and delivery was fast and efficient. The phone was eco-friendly but had no scratches or dents, it’s perfect. I’m in South Africa and I have no complaints.

The phone works really good the only downside is that I ordered one in good condition but it had really visible scratches as an eco friendly product but it still great it’s been a year now and I’m thinking to upgrade but plugtech doesn’t want to restock
