Calming effect

I’ve taken these for a few weeks and I think that they have a calming effect. I’ve read a lot about the health benefits of mushrooms, they are excellent for us! This is a great way to make sure I have some every day.

I've been taking these for several weeks. I like the ease of the capsule. I'm not sure yet if they improve my well-being.

Another great product from Fushi. Found this brand a few months ago and I'm now a regular user of lots of their products. Love that they're all organic.
