Throat Relief Honey Lemon Soothing Drink

As a dance teacher my voice gets pushed to the limit. This drink rescues me and helps my voice heal! I add a good amount of honey to flavor it and enjoy it almost daily during the school year.

Love this when I’m feeling bad or even just a hot drink to sip in the evening. Taste really good with a little drop of honey to sweeten.

I love this drink even when I don’t have a sore throat! I’ve become more sensitive to caffeine that I can’t even have de-caffeinated black tea in the evenings; and I seem to have an oral allergy to all herbal teas. So I love that this drink is truly caffeine free and does not cause me to have any sort of mouth/throat reaction. It has become my daily nighttime treat! (I add 1/32 t. of stevia extract to make it a little sweeter.) I plan to try it over ice soon now that the weather is warmer.
