Excellent! I have been scouring the internet looking for a quality replacement for my favorite discontinued Joe Boxer lounge pant. This is the flannel I have been looking for. Nice quality, generous fit, deep pockets. My only con is that the button on the fly is in the top 1/3 and the bottom 2/3's tends to gape open.
