Adventure on the Great Sea

I bought this set for my husband (who is a fan of Zelda and LEGO Technic) after seeing the video on YouTube- he loved it!! There were no missing pieces and the downloaded instructions were easy to follow. I ordered from Canada and it was shipped within 2 days of ordering and arrived within a couple of weeks (it likely would've been faster but there was an unforseen delay). I definitely recommend this set!!

Bought this for my husband, he started building it & 10 mins in it's missing a piece. He messaged them for the piece and they said "we'll get that to you" 3 weeks ago, reached back out and they said "give us a few more days". For a single missing piece?
