Strawberry Elderflower

The taste is enjoyable. I haven't been drinking it regularly so I can't share any feelings or knowledge on the ability to level my blood sugar. Today is my first day that I'm committing to drink one of the flavors at each meal.

Great company Ships as promised. I usually don’t like flavored carbonated water but this has a good flavor. I can’t drink a lot of water but this makes it a lot easier

Has a subtle flavor that does not overwhelm. No aftertaste. Very refreshing.
