Catalytic Converter 2011-2017 Mitsubishi RVR 2.0L & 2.4L

works with a little adjustment

Following the theft of the catalytic converter on my 2017 RVR 2.0L, I installed this one from Excel Exhaust paired with a Walker oxygen sensor. After manually clearing the engine code, everything is working without any new warning lights. Long-term performance remains to be seen. The reason I deducted one star is that I had to make some minor adjustments to the part. The manufacturing isn't identical to the original. The part is positioned to the right rather than centered. The oxygen sensor is too vertical and interferes with the car's floor. I therefore repositioned the sensor (cut and welded). Additionally, the flared end for the connection whit the clamp is a bit large. The supplied clamp is poor quality, and even with a better one, the play allows for a leak. So, I welded this connection for increased fiability. For the price, the speed of delivery and having my situation resolved, I am satisfied with the part.
