Happy with the purchase
So far so good but I have tried it fully in the outdoor. Happy with the purchase. Soon, I'll be using it in the beach. Thanks seller

Good, but not as ‘wow’ as we expected
My husband is deutan color blind and I am reviewing on his behalf 🙂 We’ve been on the fence for 15 years about getting these glasses. For him, it was not a clear cut decision…the glasses don’t ‘cure’ colorblindness, i.e. they don’t work indoors (I mean the sunglasses…I know they do sell indoor versions but we’d heard that the outdoor ones seemed to have best results so we are trying these first, plus it looked like the indoor ones have colored lenses and we laughed that he’d look like Bono or something, haha), and after taking them off everything would go back to as it was…if he went without the glasses he wouldn’t know what he’s missing, but felt their might be some sense of grief in realizing how different things had always been.
Anyway, we read that with ongoing use there might be improvement in being able to recognize colors, so this info combined with the site’s birthday sale made us take the plunge. I didn’t do it as a surprise since he’d been against getting them before for the above reasons, but now he was amenable to trying them.
Overall, his experience was that he felt purple was the most different, and looking at greens in plants he didn’t realize there would be so many different shades of green in the same plant, and all colors seemed to ‘pop’ more overall. The glasses are comfortable, well-made, and nicely packaged. It took longer to arrive than expected, with a couple of shipping delays while enroute to us, but I don’t feel this is Enchroma’s fault.
Generally, we’re happy we got them but it wasn’t the emotional life-changing moment that other people seem to experience. However, we hope the color vision might improve over time.
