Nutt 4 Piston Brake Caliper Rear

The caliper itself works fine and is a definite upgrade. The attached brake line with a safety cap on it and no included proper end piece to plug into the lever went straight into the junk drawer after a botched install. Why is that even a thing? Luckily, the line ends on my old 2 piston units are cross-compatible with the 4 piston lever and caliper, though some shorter threaded sections make me nervous to keep it this way.
