A large was ordered and it fits like a 2xl. I personalized item which was a Velcro piece so obviously not a permanent personalization and they will not return or exchange. Customers service was very nice but will not bend on return or exchange policy. Which truly makes no sense due to it not being a permanent personalization??? Sadly would not recommend this site and will not order here again. I would strongly advise others to read every detail of your item before ordering.

Special shout out to Danielle over at TV Store Online. I ordered this costume in a Large but it was way too big. I contacted customer service because I had to swap it for a Medium. I added an extra layer of complexity to my inquiry when I asked if I had to return the name patch and that I wanted to order another one in a different name. Danielle took care of me thoroughly and was extremely helpful.
