Deluge Waterproof Backpack Rain Cover

It's very tight on a 24Rush 5.11 backpack. Luckily, I don’t have it filled to capacity.

Poor Quality

When I took them out if the package I could see light through them. If I can see light I am pretty sure water will through. Wherever a fold was on the backpack cover is where I could see light. The first items from 3V Gear that was not top notch. The first aid pouches are OUTSTANDING.

Works Great. If I could make one recommendation, I would put the water bottle holder on the other side. This would make it accessible when the bag is rotated around the front, thus putting the water bottle on top. And when placing the bag on the table or floor, it’s not sitting on the water bottle.
