Not great sharpening

I recently bought 3 sets of blades for my daughter. Had Tyden profile and sharpen them. No issues with the profile and I am a repeat customer so we like the blades. The issue is the sharpening. She has not skated until this weekend so checked the blades and it appears the company’s sharpening machine needs to be adjusted. The blade was not level. Slightly sloped. I would expect it to be level considering the blades are new. See photo. Despite the sharpening issue I would recommend Tyden.

Great Customer Service

First, the steel itself is good. I got a used set and it's totally fine. Doing that saved me some money. But the most important thing was the free phone call I got to help me with profiling. They asked me a bunch of relevant questions, then gave me a suggestion. The profiling is great. It's very personalized to how I like to skate and feels good on the ice. I also got a set of steel profiled for my 10 year old son, with a bit of a different suggestion, and he likes it as well.

Profile and sharpen

Tyler is the best! Awesome customer service, available to answer any question presented to him, and really good delivery time from service to arrival of the product. Purchased on a Monday and had runners in hand on Thursday in the States.
