Can I tell you how great the customer service is?!! I ordered a pair of sweatpants for Christmas that ended up being the wrong size. I filled out the online form to return the pants, but in the comment section I wrote that the pants were the wrong size so I intended to return the current pair and reorder in a different size. AN ACTUAL PERSON READ MY COMMENTS! And sent an email saying they could take care of the exchange on their end. When Hambino got my pair back, they would immediately sent out the new size and I wouldn't have to reorder anything. I can't even begin to describe how amazing that attention to detail is. ❤️. And the sweatpants are ridiculously comfortable and soft - - a must buy.
