Honestly, a lot better than what I was expecting after pulling out of the box. It feels very nice to sit with and really does take pressure off of your legs, as well as keeping you where you’re supposed to sit in the chair. Foot massager actually feels decent as well. The durability of the plastic is my one concern, it just feels not as sturdy as a foot rest should
