I really wanted to love this brand. The swimsuit I ordered was beautiful — but unfortunately, it came with a manufacturing defect. The elastic inside one of the straps was partially severed, which I didn’t notice until after wearing it and washing it gently (only once). When I reached out to customer service, I was met with a frustrating and dismissive response. They refused to replace the suit, citing policy, and offered only a small refund for repair — despite the fact that the damage was clearly a production issue. I wasn’t asking for a full refund, just a fair resolution. The way the situation was handled made me feel like they didn’t value honesty or customer satisfaction. I won’t be ordering again, which is a real shame because I loved the style and fit of the suit. If customer experience matters to you as much as the product, I would proceed with caution.

Super cute suit

I love the Grace swimsuit and have it in multiple prints. The Capri print is fun and summery. Great coverage everywhere and still lets me be the fun mom.
