Excellent experience. Very robust and efficient process. I was kept informed of where the order was up to and when to expect delivery of the completed necklace. The necklace is lovely- it’s a present for my son so that he can have a part of his dad with him at his wedding (ashes necklace). I’m going to order another one for my daughter.

When the piece didn't pass their quality control the commissioned a new necklace to ensure it was perfect - without any additional costs for myself.They kept me updated on why there was a delay and how they were dealing with the issue which I really appreciated. The less than perfect pendent was also sent back. Really respectful and helpful during this really difficult time.
