No instructions

The product itself was great, but the actual delivery of the product was atrocious. It took longer than I had paid for to ship the product out, I paid for 2 day shipping and it shipped out in 3 days, but worst of all the product was not stamped or properly weighed which caused it to be unable to be delivered to my house and I had to drive down to the post office to pick the thing up and there I had to pay 10 bucks for someone else's mistake.
