I initially ordered this Nebraska print for my grandson. Unfortunately, in a week’s time the print had never left the state of Colorado—just bounced from one place to another. I then called and spoke with Barry about my issue. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service! Not only did he put a replacement in the mail that very day, but he told me if the other one eventually showed up just to keep it. The second print showed up in a timely manner, and the first one he mailed was actually delivered the day after the second print arrived. The packaging was ripped completely open at the top, but the print inside was in excellent shape. So now my grandson can give his dad a print for Christmas as well.
