I recently purchased the Essence Create It 5 pack of rings to try them out. I honestly thought I was purchasing the starter kit which I highly recommend. Another purchase later to get essential oil to use with my unscented rings and I am finally enjoying them. I am a nurse and know this will be a better way to enjoy essential oils at work. I usually spray the inside of my masks only to irritate my face. Love the rings. So far orange is my favorite followed by the stress relief. I will definitely order more.

I did the Create because I own a collection of oils. This allows me to pick my own combinations. I have used it most for sleep. I bought them for an international trip and know they will be perfect on the plane. Also, perfumes are a migraine trigger for me. I keep my pouch in my purse and can discreetly clip in my nose as needed. Highly recommend!!
