Beautiful necklace - sister wears it nearly daily

Purchased this for my sister as a Christmas gift in December 2023. She wears it all the time and gets compliments on it very frequently. It is eye catching and beautiful. Unfortunately, a stone came out. She is working with the LE team in hopes of getting it repaired.
