Pure Magnesium capsules cross mix

Generally, I have been pleased with Vitasave brand vitamins, however in this bottle of magnesium bisglycinate there was a random capsule of another vitamin. I know this because these veg capsules are white and the random capsule I found was yellow in colour. It has been wondering the quality control of the manufacturing and whether I have had other bottles with random capsules (that may have been the same colour) before. Just a little concerning.....
