Alessandra Brown Rhinestone Maxi Dress

Hello, I purchased this dress for my wife’s birthday and it did not fit. I have tried to connect with customer service to get assistance to exchange it without success. I finally heard back from Emily who informed me that she will not accept the dress. The dress is still in its original form since it did not fit my wife and now we are stuck with a dress that did not fit. I just need to exchange it. It is disheartening to experience this. An item which was meant to be a birthday gift and nice gesture to become a burden and to loose the money due to lack of responses or prompt guidance from the Emprada team 😭😭😭
