pretty good so far

remove and install took about 5 min, replaced the clutch on my 2017 drive 2, cart was having issues climbing steep hills last summer, clutch showed some signs of wear, ordered the new clutch with the green spring, the boys installed the spring for me, that was nice, took the cart out to the course and she performed really nice, didn't miss a step on the hills and didn't notice much loss in speed, pretty happy so far

Great Service!

PEM is a great business who really takes care of their customers and sells quality parts for Yamaha carts. Ordered a new secondary clutch and Jonas was quick to respond to my message/email so he was able to install the medium duty spring before part was shipped.
