Design flaw
I've broken both sides of this latch that holds the cart arm up now. The stabilizer assembly is by far the hardest to replace on your own. Both brakes occurred by tilting the cart up 6 inches to get over a curb. IMO the cart should be able to handle this move. The most disappointing part of this is trying to use Stuart customer service which they've now converted to AI and it's completely unhelpful. They were short the part and after trying several times they just told me no. You just have to keep checking the website. We can't tell you when the parts back in stock. Checking the website everyday when they can't even give you an ETA on when it might arrive is really a waste of time. But hey it's AI so it's the future.

Weak Arm - Poor design
Same issue as previous post. Very weak part with easy failure point for minor lifting to get over a curb. Love the cart but this point of failure is major quality design flaw for $3K plus trolley. Would be skeptical recommending as this part will break, and most likely outside of warranty period.
Trolley is still operational but bag will fly forward off cart if stop too abruptly.
