I love this product. It adds to the rest of my routine and I really notice if I've run out. I wasn't sure on how to refill it so contacted customer services, who were very helpful, as always. I was provided with a video and am happy to see a QR code for a link to instructions and the video was included in a future order. Great customer service and listening to customers!
