Had a great experience ordering from Primecom. We needed a little bid of an odd charger for a business application and I was initially attracted to the value that the Primecom package seemed to offer. I inadvertently ordered the incorrect charger on their website and within 10 minutes a real person called, got all my information about the electrical service and vehicle and later that same afternoon got the correct charger shipped out. The charger came very well packaged and with clear instructions. Looking forward to installing it soon.
