What Backpack??

I ordered this backpack over a month ago and according to the tracking link, it is still being processed. Several girls who ordered after us, have already received their backpacks. I have tried to reach out to someone at the company and there is not a good manner to contact. So now I am left having to wait in an order and “hope” it arrives soon. This company does not have good customer service.
