I wanted to love....

So far I wanted to love this as much as everyone else. But unfortunately I do not. The basket in the for the baby the poles suck they don't come out or go in easily like the video. Honestly I am not sure I want to keep it because I struggle with out a baby I cannot imagine trying to do this with a baby. There doesn't seem to be a lot of space in the front pocket. On the positive it is pretty and I like the charging wire.

It was a gift. My only concern is folding the crib sticks back into the pack. It’s not easy with a baby in arms. Awesome customer service.

The bag I received had a small issue and I emailed customer service …they responded to my email super fast and exchanged it right away! You don’t see customer service like this very often. Great company!! I’m impressed. My Daughter-in-law will be so happy as this is a baby shower gift - I can’t wait to give it to her. I would definitely recommend buying from them.
