With the xtreme exhaust drowning out the sound of the whine, this intake definitely amplified the whine by A LOT. I did a 10 hour road trip and didn’t find it annoying so that’s how I know it was good for me. If you get annoyed after a while by loud exhaust or road noise, probably not for you. The whine is definitely a head turner and can be heard from a far. Also when you down shift in sport mode it also sounds awesome. The look is amazing, enhancing the style of the engine bay. The install was a bit annoying for me personally and I borderlined debating taking off a star for it but everyone’s experience may differ. I think the instruction manual could be better but the most annoying part of install was using a special clamp they said to use to secure the air filter portion. After fighting for a hour, I just used the regular hose clamp that came with the actual air filter and not the complicated one that was placed in the package. All in all, I think an excellent product. Wish there was a little more horsepower for the money but compared to other products and testimonies from people who have them, I think Corsa is #1.
