After spending over $300+ with this company, I was sent the wrong item. The customer service manager was extremely rude and I was forced to spend money to return the erroneous item, although the error was not my fault. Instead of thanking me for returning their merchandise back to them, the woman was rude and contentious and purposely took several weeks to process the refund; and then only did so after I made threats to take additional action against the company. If you are considering making a purchase here for a small discount, it’s not worth losing the peace of mind. Please use my experience as a warning to consider other fragrance discounters or wait for sales directly from the manufacturers.
