Terrible
I ordered these by mistake, and write in I do not shave with this soap! I wanted the Balm samples. I received a message back from your uncooperative so called OPERATIONS MANAGER ROY. He basically stayed tough luck, reorder. I have been a customer for awhile and I'm a senior citizen. I only spent $11. 00 but I am a senior. I believe he should of handled this in a much more DIPLOMATIC MANNER!! VERY UPSET ABOUT THIS!!!

Well I'm glad I got a sample. The scent is too floral for me but anyone who is into floral scents will like Kraken

Exactly what I was looking for.
I asked for samples of each kind of Beard wash that Henri et Victoria had on tap. Each was a delight, but my favourites that I will use most often are the Unscented and the Cognac and Cuban Cigars blends. Unscented is perfect for my scent free workplace and my regular beard wash. But when I need a scent for a special event, the Cognac and Cuban Cigars really takes my preparation up a notch. Fantastic products.
