Beautiful western blouse

I exchanged it for a larger size and it is still tight across the bust area. It is a beautiful blouse but I believe that they run small. Sure wish that it would run true to size. I could keep it and open it somewhat and wear a camisoles. Still deciding.

It runs small. Especially, across the bust. I sized up and it is still too small.
