Glides like butter

This pencil is not dry so you have time to work with it, it does not hurt your lips when applying. Though it is not dry it stays put on your lips color is perfect on caramel skin. I have not tried it with a gloss over it yet. But all in all I think it’s a great pencil. 10/10 ✨⭐️
