Cute but not comfy for my feet

I have sensitive feet from a neuromuscular disease. I've purchased Oofos many times in last decade. When I saw these with the Velcro in top I was excited to try them but, the arch is way too high and the cushioning is not the same as my old ones. These are very firm, with no given and actually hurt my feet. Not all of us have high arches!
