Italian Leather Dog Harness – Ink

I’m really disappointed because I never received my order! I’ve emailed you to ask but no response. Customer service really disappointing! Not any communication from you or post office. I’m not sure what to do to receive my order ,who to talk,because no response from you. I was really looking forward to give my dog harness for Christmas gift .Very disappointed with your customer service.

Very unhappy

I purchased 3 harness and lead sets at great expense. Two days later a site-wide 25% discount was advertised - I emailed and asked if given how much I’d spent could I have that discount - no reply; not even a sorry but no. There’s more. When they arrived a felt the leather was nice but too stiff for my pugs. I tried to initiate a return via the website but my order number wasn’t recognised. So I tried to initiate a return via email but didn’t get a reply. So I decided to keep them and I hoped the leather would soften in time. The worst bit is that after only five wears the studs came apart on one of the harnesses. The studs are flimsy and weak. My dog got out of his harness when this happened. We weren’t on a busy road but I can’t afford to risk their safety. Not going to bother emailing again because they didn’t reply to either of my previous emails anyway and that was before anything went wrong.
