OK! So I am on my third Pendleton hat. Absolutely love the cowboy hat/outback style. However, the hat band is so cheap and flimsy. Every hat band has fallen off. Now, being from St Francis, I like to add feathers in my hat. Not a problem with this hat band. Plus knowing of the St Benedictine Medal and the power it contains, makes it worth it. Thank you for the craftsmanship. Also, when I mistakenly purchased two and had them sent to the wrong address, the staff members quickly fixed the issue. Thank you. I appreciate it!
