I was originally sent the wrong size band, but I left it for months before following it up. I honestly expected to be told it was too late to do anything about it, but they were incredibly helpful and quickly sent out a replacement strap. Really impressed with the customer service and how they handled it.

I love these types of bands for watches, I had issues with the bands brought for my fitbit but this one for the apple watch connects perfectly and is comfortable to wear and looks great. I've had it for about a month, moved countries and done an 12km hike to go snow camping, absolutely no issues, been wearing it every day. :)
