My original Thatsa Bowl was purchased between 30 and 35 years ago. The only purpose that bowl had was to hold the beloved pasta salad that was 'required' of me for every event my family attended. After 30+ years the bowl started to have a polyurethane smell to it. I purchased the new Thatsa Bowl to replace my old reliable, original Thatsa Bowl. I haven't put it to use yet, but if it is half the bowl (quality) the original bowl was, I will likely, at my age, never have to buy another one again.

It's a REAL airtight bowl worth every penny! It is well made and it keeps salads green and FRESH for longer!! And...I love the COLOR. It's red.
