Clean to the palate and a nice tingle of bitterness

First time trying this honey and it's a very straightforward taste and really nice. Other honeys has overpowering sweetness and scent but this one is very clean with a nice bitterness.

Company products wonderful & healthy

Just a bit stronger than Mānuka 10+, already of medical strength. May be good for children from 5- 6 years on with sore throats or mild coughs - just a teaspoon with warm tea - and next morning it's over, the child feels healthy.
