MY FAVORITE PROTEIN BOOST!

I love this company! I use several of their protein products and have for several years. The Epic Complete Coffee is one of my favorites. It tastes amazing and helps to round out my protein needs for any time of day.

MORNING SMOOTHIE LOVE!

I love the taste of this protein smoothie. It is actually quite easy to make myself a morning smoothie and get my first important protein for the day.

Part of my routine (~6th order?)

I really love the flavor of this one - I mix it with unsweetened soy milk to get ~30g of protein. It’s great just like that or with a shot of espresso, and I think the mushrooms really do have a positive effect on my mood. The only thing I’d change is to have more fiber. But, still buying and drinking frequently!
