Wrong Color Received

I ordered black but received brown. Overall I am happy with the functionality of the case, decided to keep it. Would have given 5 stars if not for the mix up.

Outstanding product and Service

I have been in the service business for over 30 years and it doesn't matter what product you sell, most customers are drawn to great service and buy based on the service they get. No different here, however, the product is great as well. LOL I ordered the Black Flint Travel Leather Cigar case along with a lighter and a travel case. I received all within 3 days as I had a trip planned and needed it before i left. I emailed Case Elegance and they responded right away and ensured that I got the package before my travel. They also followed up to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase. It seemed like I was their only customer, but of course I'm not! Thank you Jon and Case Elegance for the service and the product. The product was outstanding and exactly as described.
