Jars Not Sealed

I purchased four quart jars of cookies and none of them were sealed. You can replace the top and the ribbon and it looks like it's never been opened. You can't tell if it's been tampered with or not. Some jars were gifts and the recipient gave it away because they weren't comfortable with the lack of safety. I emailed your company but never heard back.
