8mm- 14k Gold & silver brushed center Tungsten Carbide ring w/ 3 CZ Diamonds inlaid groove

First, I need to say that I was initially very happy with my purchase. The ring is beautiful and I received several compliments on it. I intentionally waited to complete this review. My plan was to submit it at the 3 month mark as I considered that a decent time frame to assess the quality of the ring with daily wear. Here we are at just over two months and the ring has lost a stone. How do we address that? Please advise.
