Rocinante S4 Mid Scale

It looks gorgeous, but it was a pretty daring task. I needed about 25 hours to finish it. But I am pretty inexperienced. Difficult to build for me, especially at the rear section. I could barely attach the drive exhaust circle. It broke apart several times and was difficult to attach properly. I skipped adding the landing legs, they never held and after they broke apart for the 4th time I gave up. It does not really matter for me, I am glad I never have to touch the model again. Overall it was difficult and held frustrating moments. Once the model grows you cannot hold it really with one hand and attach stuff to it, especially at the rear, without breaking parts apart again. And if you try attaching things while it lies on the table smaller stuff breaks a apart again when you try to attach bigger parts. And I never got the stickers, they were not included. I contacted support and they promised me to send them. So it is fine. I am loving the Roci, she looks amazing. The colour sceme Red/Black is nice. The stand works great, I am missing a few smaller parts at the bottom I gave up attaching after they broke apart for the 5th time. And I never bothered with the landing legs, they did not hold and trying to attach them broke the rear section apart once so I gave up. Do not worry, I am happy with my purchase. I am not very experienced and I never built something with this many parts. maybe that explains my problems in building it properly.

Really great service from BUILDAMOC, set arrived quickly with all the pieces neatly bagged and as a huge bonus they supplied custom stickers and even a little printed plaque, which was a nice finishing touch. With the time saved of not searching for all the separate parts and buying all from the same place it was good value and as you can see the final build looks amazing and as a huge bonus the original MOC designer gets recognition too. Great work guys.
